I have to say I am a meat lover! Huge lover!!!

Every time I eat hot pot or BBQ, I always can have more than 10 dishes!

In Taiwan we have a dish like italian meatball called "braised pork ball in brown sauce", but I don't like it since I was very young, I still can't find the reason. After I learned Italian meatballs from my Italian professors, I totally fall in love with meatball! It's easy to make, and taste fantastic!

Usually I make it with beef, but if you like it more tender you can mix beef and pork.
*More fats the meatball will taste softer.



This is the Giant Italian Meatball Sub, it's around 9 cm, because these big meatballs are 4 cm! My suggest is if you don't have wild mouth, do not try it!

火鍋、燒烤的肉都是大盤刷下去,大口吃下去

一次都大概吃個十幾盤吧,是的,我一個人

喜歡吃原肉,打成泥或是變成什麼形狀的就很少吃

尤其是紅燒獅子頭這道料理,一直以來對他的印象很不好

記不起來原因,但絕對不是我媽媽做的不好吃

因為他不會做這麼華麗的料理(我有不小心透露什麼嗎?!哈哈哈)

講到最近,不知道是不是跟著義大利師傅們,心中最愛的肉料理,由義式大肉丸當選!

我最愛的牛肉和乳酪,所以遇上這個肉丸完全沒轍

這個三明治堡少說也有9cm,因為肉丸就將近4cm啦!

這是自己為自己量身打造的特製版,沒有大嘴巴別輕意試呀!


材料
肉丸

牛絞肉

巴西里(葉片)
洋蔥
大蒜

黑胡椒
豆蔻粉(祕訣!)
麵包屑(祕訣!
現磨帕馬森乳酪祕訣!)我喜歡放超多

醬汁

新鮮蕃茄
Worcestershire sauce
橄欖油
大蒜


麵包
用奶油塗切面和表面,放入平底鍋煎至焦香

Mozzarella cheese

方法

巴西里、洋蔥、大蒜用食物調理機切細碎,加入剩餘材料混合,取出揉成一個個圓球。

用烤箱烤、煎、直接丟到醬料煮都可,我喜歡用煎的香香的。

醬料:熱鍋的橄欖油中,加入切細碎的大蒜和蕃茄,汁收的差不多後,加入Worcestershire sauce,適情況加鹽。

肉跟醬料混在一起,放在麵包裡,放上Mozzarella cheese,送入烤箱烤到乳酪融化就可以囉!

你沒看錯,就是這麼簡單!


Ingredients

Meatballs

Freshly rounded beef (or half beef half pork)
Egg
Parsley
Onion
Garlic
Salt
Black pepper
Nutmeg (Secret!)
Freshly ground Parmesan cheese (Secret!) I always put a lot!

Tomato sauce 

Tomato
Worcestershire sauce
Olive oil
Garlic
Salt (Optional)

Bread
Butter the bread inside and outside, put it in a pan until golden brown.

Mozzarella cheese

Method

Parsley, onion,and garlic chop in a blender, and mix in beef, Salt, Black pepper, Nutmeg, Parmesan cheese. Take it out, and roll into meatballs.

* You can fried, cook in the oven, or cook with the sauce.

Tomato sauce: Chop the tomato, and mince garlic. Heat a pan and add olive oil, put in tomato and garlic, cook it until thickened. Stir in worcestershire sauce, and add meatballs. 

Put the meatballs and sauce on bread, cover with mozzarella cheese. In the oven bake it until the cheese melting!
