3/20/2015When I was little, everyday I expected Saturday comes, it's one of my happiness moment to make pancakes with my family. And I can use my favorite Mickey & Minnie mouse's pancake maker, it's so adorable! (And makes me keep eating of course!) I have no idea that I touched every time I see pancakes, it's because the family memories or the cute pancake maker. But I do know one thing is that I saw it and I eat it A lot! :p
Sometimes I like eat breakfast as dinner, I guess it's today. Not too salty, just lightly, slowly, easily to bite. After finished this pancakes I just want to chill out on the sofa and do nothing. Are you ready to make this moisture, fluffy, and very banana pancakes with me?
鬆餅是不是很迷人?!

小時候的假日,最期待鬆餅了,長達一陣子的週六是家人的鬆餅日
米奇和米妮的大頭鬆餅機,總是讓我吃下一堆(吃完就想再見,就這樣一路吃下去...)
不知道是因為米奇、米妮,還是家人相聚的手作時光讓我對鬆餅有著溫暖的感受
每次看到鬆餅都有一股衝動(想哭?)想的美,當然是大吃啦~
現在雖然家人在各地,做出的鬆餅少了個味道,但伴隨的美好記憶,總是特別的甜(但還是要加很多蜂蜜或楓糖漿!甜到最高)。
有時候我喜歡把早餐當晚餐吃
今天就是那個時候
不想很重鹹,想要輕輕、慢慢的咬
有點慵懶的晚餐 吃完只想直接倒向沙發 看著天花板 發呆
準備好了嘛?
奶油在鍋子裡舞動著,發出噗 噗 噗的泡泡聲,
澆上麵糊,碰觸鐵板發出的疵疵聲,令人雀躍
鬆餅此起彼落的長大,香蕉香味的竄出,忍住!(好啦~我邊煎邊偷吃了幾片)
就這樣,濕潤、柔軟、又滿過頭的香蕉香氣的鬆餅完成!
淋上很多的蜂蜜,配上酸酸的新鮮藍莓,甜膩在心頭
Recipe
(Yield for 1)
Ingredients
2 Eggs
2 Bananas
1/2cup Milk
2 tbsp Honey
2 tsp Butter (melted)
1 tsp Butter (for frying pancakes)
1 1/2 tsp Baking powder
1/2 cup All-purpose flour
A pinch of salt
Method
- Put eggs, bananas, milk, honey, and butter into the blender. Mix it until smoothy (or keep some small bananas).
- Mix in baking powder, all-purpose flour, and a pinch of salt.
- Heat a skillet, melt the butter, scoop the mixture (7cm can make about 12) onto skillet. While the surface is bubble, flip it over. Cook until both sides are browned.
- Serve hot!

材料
蛋 兩顆
香蕉 兩根中型
牛奶 1/2杯
蜂蜜 一大匙
奶油(融化)2小匙 (另準備一小塊,煎鬆餅)
泡打粉 1 1/2匙
中筋麵粉 1/2杯
鹽 一小撮
方法
- 香蕉、蛋、牛奶、蜂蜜、奶油放入食物調理機內混合成泥狀(依喜好保留香蕉小顆粒或散開)。
- 加入泡打粉、中筋麵粉、鹽,攪打均勻即可。
- 中小火熱一平底鍋,放上奶油,待奶油融化後,用湯匙舀麵糊至平底鍋內(約可煎7cm 12片),一面煎約三分鐘或至金黃色翻面,這時候遇熱的麵糊會開始膨脹,煎至兩面呈現漂亮兩金黃色澤。
- 取出後,淋上喜歡的蜂蜜或楓糖漿,配上藍莓。
- 趁熱享用!
*Sylvia's Tips:
如何判定何時鬆餅可翻面呢?當麵團的周圍開始變乾,中心還有點濕潤時,此時翻面就不會因太軟或太焦兒失敗唷!
