Fancy some pizza for tonight's Dinner for ONE?! I always feel something when I eat pizza as dinner. One hand with pizza, the other hand hold a coke, it's like your heart had been healed. After a long day, you just want to chill out with yourself. This spicy chorizo with mature cheddar cheese, and the peppery arugula, make an rich flavor, just like concerto, the instrument accompanied by an orchestra or concert band, you can't miss one of them!

忙了整天,回到家只想和自己簡單約會

西班牙臘腸的香辣,濃郁的切達乳酪,
芝麻葉的微嗆,

豐厚食材,卻又如交響樂般少一樣都不行

今天的「我我」晚餐來一小張披薩吧!

不過這批薩十分建議搭配紅酒,

今天舉杯,刺激味蕾,喚醒沈重的腦袋

重新開機!





Recipe
(Yield for 1)

Ingredients

Pizza dough (Click for the dough recipe) 120-150g

Chorizo 50g

Seriously mature cheddar cheese (as much as you want)

Fresh mozzarella cheese (as much as you want)

Arugula 1 a handful

Fresh grind black pepper 1 tsp

Salt 1 tsp

Smoked paprika 1 tsp

Olive oil 2 tsp

Tomato sauce 2 Tablespoon

Method

  • Preheat the oven to 450 °F / 230°C.
  • On a floured surface roll out the dough about 0.5cm thick.
  • Smooth tomato sauce over the base, sprinkle the salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika evenly onto the pizza.
  • Place the mozzarella cheese, top with chorizo and put the cheddar cheese between gaps, drizzling olive oil on the top.
  • Pop in the oven, bake about 10-15 minutes until it is crust and golden.
  • Take it out, and top with arugula. Serve it immediately.
  • With your favorite drinks, ENJOY!

*Sylvia's Tips: 

  • Smoked paprika hit the pizza, it gives the pizza more flavor even you cook it with oven, give it a shot! 
  • In this case instead of coke, I would recommend a red wine for you with this pizza.

材料
Pizza麵團(點)120-150g

西班牙臘腸 50g

Seriously成熟切達乳酪(盡情放吧!)

新鮮莫札瑞拉乳酪(盡情放吧!)

新鮮芝麻葉 一把

現磨黑胡椒 一小匙

鹽 一小匙

煙薰紅椒粉 一小匙

橄欖油 兩小匙

蕃茄抹醬 兩大匙

方法

  • 預熱烤箱至450 °F / 230°C
  • 桌面撒上麵粉,將麵團桿成圓形,約0.5cm厚
  • 在披薩表面抹上蕃茄抹醬,再均勻撒上黑胡椒、鹽、煙薰紅椒粉。
  • 鋪上新鮮莫札瑞拉乳酪後,放上西班牙臘腸,最後在材料的空隙間鋪上切達起司。
  • 送入烤箱烤約10-15分鐘,麵皮金黃香酥即可。
  • 取出後,撒上芝麻葉。
  • 享用一個人的「我我」晚餐囉!


*Sylvia's Tips:
煙薰紅椒粉,帶給pizza創造另一種的煙薰層次,讓用烤箱烤的pizza還是饒富香味唷!
