Who doesn't love chocolate?! (If you don't I would love to take it :p)

You must wondering why hot chocolate will be the first written in Dinner for ONE. Ok... I have a sweetest tooth, not to mention I like drinking hot chocolate with chocolates. Sometimes I drink hot chocolate as dinner. Oh, Yes! Chocolate dinner feast is the most comfort food for me! Actually when the weather get cold I always want hot chocolates, whether it's snow or not. I love topped with whipped cream. I don't know any reasons you don't want to add it, It's just like you missing something. This ultimate hot chocolate is so rich, velvety and super thick. Please take a spoon with you, and warm you up!

甜食等於我,我就等於甜食呀,還需要多解釋嗎

有些晚上,我喜歡喝熱巧克力,再配上一些巧克力,

沒錯!這就是「我我」晚餐

捧著熱熱的熱巧克力 

冒著被燙嘴的風險 咕嚕咕嚕

滿滿的暖意爆發

阿~好幸福呀~

寒冬用甜滑、濃厚的熱巧克力撫慰自己

準備好湯匙(太濃了呀!),獨享這終極超濃郁湯匙熱巧克力吧!




Recipe
(Yield 1 cup or 2 small cup)

Ingredients
80g 70% Dark Chocolate (Chopped)
1 cup Whole milk
1/4 tsp corn starch 
A pinch of Fleur de sel (salt)*
1/3 cup Whipping cream

Method 

  • Whip the whipping cream in a bowl, until it holds soft peak. Leave it in refrigerate.
  • Put milk in a sauce pan, boil it over medium heat. 
  • Once it boiling, turn down the heat to low. Stir it and add in chocolate.
  • Keep stir it until chocolate melt.
  • And then whisk in corn starch and Fleur de sel. 
  • When everything dissolved, turn up the heat to medium(keep whisking), and bring it to boil.  
  • Turn off the heat when it start bubbling.
  • Pour it to your lovely cup and topping it with whipped cream, shaved chocolate, and a little fleur de sel
  • Enjoy!

*Sylvia's Tips: A pinch of Fleur de sel will let the hot chocolate's flavor developed. You can replace it with common salt. Just don't forget it!


食譜
(一杯或兩小杯)

材料
80g 70%巧克力(切碎)
1杯 全脂牛奶
1/4茶匙 玉米粉
一小撮 鹽之花
1/3杯 鮮奶油

方法

  • 打發鮮奶油,至攪拌器舉起成一軟弧型(像拐杖糖)
  • 將牛奶倒在牛奶鍋中,用中火煮至滾,調成小火
  • 加入巧克力,用打蛋器一直攪拌至融化
  • 加入玉米粉和鹽之花,邊攪拌邊調成中火,直至煮滾
  • 一旦開始冒泡便關火
  • 選擇最喜歡的杯子,倒進去,加上打發鮮奶油、巧克力碎片、和一點鹽
  • 獨享溫暖時光吧!


*Sylvia's Tips: 鹽之花能提升巧克力的風味,讓熱巧克力更滑順。也可使用一般鹽取代。就是別忘了加他唷!
