5/21/2015There is not a word I can describe how EASY to make this focaccia. You can simply to make this typical and delicious focaccia! I learned this quick way from one of my Italian cooking professors, this was my first lesson. Since then, we baked it every time when he taught me how to cook the Italian cuisine. First time we used a small cast-iron cookware, but it was too yummy! I can not help myself to finish it all, so we started to use a 15 inches cast-iron cookware instead of a small one. Even I ate a lot of pasta, I still can finish this focaccia (I am insane I know, Italian cuisine are just AMAZING!)!
You can make your own dough (like I usually do). Another alternative is to purchase the fresh pizza dough from the shop, which my professor will do too. Every time when I made dough, I will separate the dough into small doughs, covered the doughs with cling wrap, and put it into the freezer. Therefore, I just need to take it to fridge one day before. The next day you just need to put everything on the top and bake it! I got some fresh cherry tomatoes from my friend (lucky me, I always have tomatoes fresh from my friends farm). For tonight's Dinner for ONE, just perfect!

就算義大利麵吃到飽,我都還吃的下佛卡夏!(義大利美食就是這麼吸引人呀!)
如果連麵團都不想做,那你只要去超市買新鮮披薩麵糰就好
想要講究一點的可以自己做麵團,這也很方便
只要用我之前寫的披薩麵團食譜
我都會一次做很多分批凍起來
想吃時,前一天拿下來退冰
隔天只要加上配料送入烤箱就好啦!
正好朋友又送來了新鮮蕃茄(謝謝這些總是知道我愛蕃茄的朋友!)
小蕃茄最適合作這道料理了!
一個人的份量,一個人的「我我」晚餐,單吃或配上義大利麵都好呀(我想你也是,再飽你都吃的下吧?!至少我是啦~)
Recipe

Ingredients
70g Dough (link)
2 tsp olive oil
8-10 sliced black olives
7-9 fresh cherry tomatoes
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp sea salt
Method
- Preheat oven 180°C / 350°F
- Put the dough into a round baking pan. Lightly push the dough to 1.5cm thick by hand. Drizzle olive oil on the surface.
- Topping sliced black olives, gently squash tomatoes to juiced, and lightly push into dough.
- Sprinkling sea salt and dried oregano on top.
- Bake it around 15 minutes, or until the surface golden brown.
- Take it out, and enjoy!

1/2茶匙 乾奧勒岡葉
1小匙 海鹽
方法
- 烤箱預熱180°C / 350°F
- 取一圓形烤盤,用手均勻的在烤盤中延展麵團至1.5cm厚,抹上橄欖油。
- 輕壓切片黑橄欖至麵團上。將蕃茄用手稍微擠壓出汁後,輕壓進麵團。
- 最後撒上海鹽和乾奧勒岡葉。
- 烤約15分鐘,或至表面金黃即可。
- 取出,享用!
